Design a flowsheet from feed size, hardness/abrasion, moisture, clay and required tonnes per hour. Crusher type alone does not determine product; circuits, screens, bypass, washing and conveyors matter.
Ask what feed and product recipe support rated capacity, plus power, wear parts, dust/noise controls, foundations, transport and service. Define technical inspection for used equipment.
